They are one of Asia's most ancient tribes. Gonds, Kolams, Thotis, Pardhans and Andhs. They are known for their unique customs and traditions. Gussadi is among the quintessential element of their cultural heritage. Essentially a festival of harvest, Gussadi is performed by these tribes to celebrate the culmination of the crop season and pay obeisance to their Gods for the harvest.
